This whisky was distilled on the 31st of January, 1990, at the Islay powerhouse, Caol Ila, and then left to mature in a refill sherry hogshead, for 22 years, until being bottled in September, 2012, by independent bottler, Gordon & MacPhail. It is presented at cask strength, and is without colouring, and chillfiltration.
