A belter small batch whisky from Signatory Vimtage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

This dram was distilled at Caol Ila distillery in 2012, and has been aged in four different Hogshead casks for ten years.

The final result is an elegantly peated dram, with notes of roasted malt, burnt oak, burning grass, heather honey, lemon rind, sea spray, oily nuts, black pepper, brown sugar, green apples and light peat smoke.

An excellent indie Caol Ila.
