This non-chill-filtered and naturally coloured single malt whisky from the Benriach distillery was firstly matured in traditional American oak bourbon barrels, and is then transferred to Pedro Ximénez sherry butts, sourced from the bodegas of Jerez, southern Spain. This finishing imparts plenty of interesting characteristics unique to Pedro Ximénez sherry.
