A 15 year old Benriach, initially matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks, and then finished in Madeira wine barrels, sourced from the Portugese island of Madeira. The Madeira finish is very distinct, as it distinctly appears in both the aroma and taste with its tannins and unmistakable sweetness. This single malt has no added colouring or chill-filtration, and is bottled at 46% ABV.
