A German vermouth made in the Bianco style.
This bottling uses fine wines from the South Baden region, including a Gewürztraminer eiswein. The wines lend the vermouth a full body, and rich fruity sweetness.
The vermouth is fortified with Schladerer fruit brandy, from the Black Forest, an area well known for creating some of the best fruit liqueurs in the world. Belsazar White is flavoured with 20 botanicals, including wormwood, anise, cardamom, coriander, cloves and orange zest.
The result is a delectable vermouth, with notes of dried citrus rind, peaches, orange, grapey acidity, herbs, anise, honey, almond and sweet wine.
Refreshing and delicious, this vermouth makes a fantastic Martini, but also works beautifully as a long highball.
