A wonderfully unusual and innovative Vermouth, made by German company Belsazar and famous wine maker Dr. Loosen.

Again, this vermouth is based on high quality German Riesling from Ernst Loosen’s vineyards but includes unusual vermouth ingredients such as Azores pineapple.

The final result is a pungent and complex vermouth, with notes of herbal tea, dried fruits, wormwood, dry Riesling, grapefruit, thyme, Thai basil, off-dry grapes and slight mint.

The bottling pours a clear golden colour, and would be perfect for making a summery, slightly Tiki influenced Martini.

Just 4,000 bottles were produced.
