A delectable pear-flavoured liqueur from Dutch distillery, Zuidam.

Made with the freshest and juiciest Williams Pears, which are fermented and then distilled in traditional red copper pot stills. The liqueur is then matured for a time in oak casks, developing a bit more colour and complexity.

The result is a lovely fruit liqueur, which serves up notes of woody pear, fresh pear juice, subtle oak and a little woody spice.

Tasty stuff, that works best served chilled after a meal, or splashed over ice.
