A delicious fruity liqueur produced by the Netherlands-based Zuidam distillery.
Framboise is of course the French word for raspberry, the fruit with which liqueur is flavoured.
To make this liqueur, the raspberry is extracted for three weeks in French Eau de Vie. A little Cognac is added to the liqueur to provide depth and complexity to the liqueur.
The final result is a liqueur that delivers flavours of bright tangy raspberries, jammy red fruits, some grape sweetness, and a little Cognac spice and complexity.
Excellent either mixed into cocktails or served over ice.
