A high quality cinnamon liqueur from the versatile and impressive Dutch distillery, Zuidam.
Produced using an old family recipe, the spirit is made by extracting coarsely broken Ceylon cinnamon from Sri Lanka.
The cinnamon is extracted for a minimum of six months, resulting in an intense and pure natural cinnamon extract, with a rich brown-red colour.
The extract is then mixed with further additional spice and herb extracts (kept secret) and blended with superior grain alcohol and sugar.
The final result is a delicious and fiery all natural liqueur that offers up notes of barky cinnamon, subtle winter spices, vanilla, sugar sweetness and a little peppery spice.
Serve neat and chilled, over ice or dropped into cocktails and punches for added spice!
