Bourbon lovers rejoice! The 2019 release of Woodford Reserve’s popular Batch Proof whiskey has hit the shelves at Fine Drams.

The whiskey has been created to give drinkers the chance to taste Woodford’s spirit “as the masters taste it”. So said Chris Morris, the Woodford Reserve master distiller, when the bottling was released in 2019.

The Bourbon itself serves up notes of powerful rich notes of red apples, cinnamon, cloves, vanilla, banana pudding, dark oak, toasted nuts, cherry, fresh pastry, chilli powder, black pepper, spearmint and cedarwood.

Bottled at a formidable 61.6% ABV, this is an intense drinking experience.
