A blended whisky made with malt sourced from Scotland and grain whisky sourced from Canada, the Togouchi 18 year old is a very interesting whisky, indeed! It is matured in specially selected oak casks in an old railway tunnel, which is a nice change of pace from the traditional warehouse, don’t you think?
