A limited edition rum from Martinique distillers Saint James.

This rum is entitled “Fleur de Canne,” meaning “flower of the cane,” a reference to its particularly fragrant and fruity cane profile. It has been aged for between 4 to 5 years.

Saint James Fleur de Canne Vieux serves up notes of delicately perfumed cedarwood, toasted oak, toffee, butterscotch, pressed flower, lime rind, fresh cane juice, chocolate, coffee and syrup sponge, with a slight aroma of tobacco.

A light yet complex rum which maintains its approachability, this is as good a sipper as it is a mixer.
