Another cracking Rhum Agricole from Martinique distillery Saint James.

A classic style of white Agricole, this rum illustrates all the distinctive flavours of fragrant and juicy cane you would expect from this variety, emphasised by the name “Fleur de Canne” (Flower of the Cane).

Unlike many white rums on the market, this Saint James Fleur de Canne Old Blanc is a blend of rums that have been aged for between 4 and 12 years. The rum is then filtered of its colour. This gives the spirit a lot more character and depth than other white rums.

As such this is the perfect choice for mixing up all manner of rum cocktails, as it lends flavours of powdered sugar, rich vanilla, toffee, lime juice, cane juice and fragrant, grassy oak notes.

An impressively rich white rum, that benefits from being bottled at the higher proof of 50% ABV.
