This is a truly remarkable bottling that offers a concentrated flavour of pot-still Agricole rum.

The rum’s title translates literally as “Heart of the Heated” – referring to the temperature of the pot stills. The spirit is taken from the heart of the double distllation pot still run – the purest part of the distillation, with the finest flavour.

The final product is intense Agricole bottling: packed with fresh sugar cane, lime rind, flowers, toffee , slight spice and juniper flavours.

Bottled at a generous 60%, this is definitely one for the dedicated rum fans.
