PAC: 01 has been aged for six year ins French oak barrels, before a two year finishing period in Bordeaux red wine casks, lending plentiful fruitiness to this whisky’s natural peaty punch!

Expect notes of smouldering oak, citrus rind, dried fruits, red grapes, apples, French oak spices of nutmeg and clove, some earthy peat, slight iodine, caramel and vanilla.

Bottled at fiery cask strength of 56.1% ABV, this is a full-bodied, limited edition dram.
