A tasty brandy de Jerez from Spain.
This spirit is made using the traditional solera process, in which, as each cask is tapped for bottling, the next oldest cask is used to top it up. This produces an excellent consistency of flavour, with a good mix of old and new spirit.
This is a delightful brandy, serving up notes of dried fruit, sherry, grapes, oak, brown sugar, flowers and spice.
Works very well in cocktails.
