A cheerful, popular lighter style of Spanish brandy from the Osborne brand.

The brandy has been made from Spanish grapes and produced at the Tomelloso distillery in Spain’s central Ciudad Real province.

After distillation, the spirit has been aged for a time in a solera system of American oak casks that previously held Fino sherry.

A solera system is a method of maturation which tops up each cask with spirit from the next oldest cask every time some is bottled. This produces a highly consistent and well-balanced final product.

The result is a light, approachable brandy with notes of sweet grapes, raisins, slight nuttiness, peaches, soft oak and plums.

Perfect for mixing into cocktails or enjoying over ice.
