An elegant, powerful wild plum eau-de-vie from the esteemed Nusbaumer distillery.

This spirit has been made from the wild blue plums that grow in Alsace, which possess a green and tart flesh which tightly clings to its stone.

These fruits are naturally fermented for around a month, prior to the stone being removed, The liquid is then distilled in a traditional copper still, before being aged in stainless steel tanks for no less than four years.

The end result is a well-rounded plum brandy that offers notes of intense, bright fruits, bittersweet berries, almond, jammy plums, plum wine and peppery spice.

Delicious enjoyed ice cold or after a meal.
