A high quality Alsatian liqueur from the Nusbaumer distillery, which has been making liqueurs since 1947.

This liqueur is made with a base of fir bud brandy. The spirit is then combined with young fir shoots, further intensifying the forest flavour and giving the liqueur its unique colour.

The end result is like a stroll through a fir forest after a heavy rain - rich in notes of resinous wood, pine sap, Christmas tree, slight mint and subtle earthiness.
