A single vintage Cognac from Fine Champagne specialists, Normandin-Mercier.
This bottling contains eaux-de-vie made using grapes grown entirely within the premier cru of Petite Champagne, and harvested in 2011. The Cognac was aged for 10 years in total.
The result? A lush, fully flavoured Cognac with a perfect balance between fruit and oak. Drinkers should expect notes of grape blossom, fresh sweet grapes, green apples, vanilla, lemon peel, blond tobacco and spicy French oak.
Bottled at 44.9% ABV, this a warming, full bodied spirit. Just 180 bottles were produced.
