A high quality, highly authentic and organic Pineau des Charentes from Normandin-Mercier.

The bottling combines two-thirds of freshly pressed white grape juice (including some from old-growth Ugni Blanc vines), with a third of one year old Cognac.

The entire mixture is then aged in an oak cask for five years.

The result is a delicately fruity and fresh liqueur, serving up notes of peaches, plums, figures, prunes, almond, honeysuckle, vanilla and sweet apples.

Full bodied and satisfying.

Serve chilled as an aperitif, or in place of a dessert wine.
