In April of 2014, Mortlach was re-launched. This new core-range consists of three bottlings, and this 18 year old sits right in the middle. This single malt whisky is a vatting of first fill European oak ex-sherry casks, refill European oak hogsheads, and American oak hogsheads, accentuating Mortlach’s big and meaty character that fans around the world have to come love the distillery for.
