A lighter style of Mortlach single malt, bottled by the Ultimate Whisky Co.

This single vintage dram was produced in December 2009, and matured in one single Bourbon hogshead cask for 13 years.

The result is a malty and vanilla-forward Mortlach, that brings flavours of fresh apples, pears, malt, light vanilla, custard, sweet oak, toffee, white chocolate, cream, bananas and a little warming spice.

Bottled at 46% ABV and without chill filtration, this is another excellent offering from the Ultimate.
