A delightful amber rhum Agricole from Martinique distillery La Mauny.

La Mauny dates back to 1749, and is one of the largest distilleries in the “French West Indies”.

This particular rum has been produced from pressed sugar cane juice, creating a fragrant and grassy spirit.

The rum has been aged in oak barrels for 18 months, before a finishing period in Port casks for an extra few months. The sweetness of the port is the perfect complement for the rum’s naturally warm and fruity profile.

Rhum Ambré serves up notes of subtle spices, dark oak, woody vanilla, dried fruits, lime rind, brown sugar, bananas, red berries, dessert wine, tobacco and grassy cane.
