The 2015 release of the extremely popular Kilchoman bottling, this is a heavily sherried whisky matured in Oloroso sherry butts and Sherry hogsheads- as opposed just butts as the last expressions were. This results in huge flavour from casks, with massive dried fruits and spices. Of course, there is the distinctive Kilchoman peat, which marries beautifully with the sweet wine and fruit highlights. Really great whisky- popular for a reason!
