A heavily peated single malt from the Jura distillery, bottled by Signatory Vintage. It was distilled on the 10th of April, 1989, and matured in a single bourbon barrel (cask no. 30729) for 25 years, until being bottled on the 10th of April, 2015, yielding a total of 194 bottles. After 25 years, a cask strength of 60.9% is really impressive, and it only helps to amplify the heavily peated qualities of this whisky.
