One of the first maple-infused Bourbons to reach Europe, this is something a little different, that will tantalise the taste-buds. A nice change of pace from the honey and cinnamon based Bourbon liqueurs that are dominant in this area, the maple really compliments the flavours of the Bourbon, providing great balance between the classic Bourbon notes of caramel, toffee, oak char, woodspice and vanilla, and the thick, woody sweetness of maple. This is a brilliant addition to a range of deeply flavour stirred cocktails, or simply mixed with apple juice for a juicy long drink. We also find this liqueur very tasty served chilled or over ice.
