An excellent new addition to this venerable old Bourbon Distillery’s range, this is a whiskey aged not once, but twice in new charred-oak barrels. Extremely well-received on its debut in 2016, drinkers of the Jim Beam White Label will not be disappointed to find that this whiskey contains all of the wonderful sweetness and caramel of that classic bottling. In fact, the flavours are concentrated through the second maturation, presenting a whiskey that is spicy, rich and flavourful, with a fulfilling oak char throughout. A cracking new bourbon in the Jim Beam line-up, that makes one of the best Old Fashioneds around. Top stuff.
