A superb bottling of Highland Park, one of most loved distilleries in Scotland, from Gordon and MacPhail’s Connoisseurs Choice range.

The bottling has been aged in a refill sherry but for 16 years, having been distilled in 2002 and bottled on the 5th of September 2019.

The result is a well balanced dram that displays all the classic Highland Park flavours. The bottling serves up flavours of ginger, orange peel, sea spray, slight flint, toffee, dark chocolate, slight dried fruit and chilli, cinnamon, aniseed, faint peat smoke and maple syrup.

Bottled at 57.9% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, this is a fully flavoured and full bodied dram.
