Initially designated for the travel retail market, this is another boldly titled Highland Park release that emphasises the Nordic history of Orkney.

The second bottling in this series, Loyalty of the Wolf has been aged in a mixture of sherry and Bourbon casks for 14 years, developing excellent balance and depth of flavour.

Drinkers can expect classic Highland Park coastal peat flavours, with a little smoke, vanilla, dried fruits, vanilla cream, freshly baked cake, baked apples, spice, sweet sherry and green apples.

Bottled at a slightly higher proof of 42.3% ABV, this whisky is 100% natural in colour.
