A milestone whisky for the distillery, which is tucked just inside the Highland region, this dram does not disappoint, serving up plenty of the lovely fruity flavours the distillery is known for.

This whisky is well-balanced and complexing, having been aged in a combination of sherry and bourbon casks, but tips towards the more sherried end of the scale.

Expect notes of brown sugar, vanilla, blackcurrants, oats, butter, oily nuts, pepper, cloves, allspice, caramel, burnt oranges, toffee, plums, figs, raisins, cherries, walnuts, toasted oak, burnt malt and coffee.

Seriously powerful at 59.5% ABV, this is a warming, assertive whisky that rewards a drop of water.
