A limited edition “Private Reserve” bottling of Glenfarclas, produced especially for the French Market.
Drawn from a small selection of barrels of between 8 and 10 years old, which were hand picked by Callum Fraser, Distillery Manager of Glenfarclas.
The result is a classic Glenfarclas whisky, which offers flavours of spiced bread, hazelnut, praline, crème brûlée, fruit cake, ginger, toffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, dark oak, honeyed malt, semi-dried grapes and slight sherried sweetness.
The dram is presented at 45% ABV for a little more body and intensity.
Just 7,680 bottles were produced.
