On the 15th of July, 2014, a single sherry butt (cask no. 7636) was cracked open at the Glenfarclas distillery, and the whisky drawn from it filled 634 bottles with a strength of 59.2% ABV. If there is one thing Glenfarclas is good at, it is picking the very best sherry casks and bottling them at just the right time.
