A floral gin from Irish distillers Glendalough.

This rosy spirit is based upon the classic Glendalough gin – which is made with botanicals foraged locally in the Wicklow mountains – though the distillers have placed a greater emphasis upon the fruitier, spicier notes.

This bottling adds three different kinds of rose, one gathered in Wicklow, another heritage rose, and finally the beloved Damask rose.

The result is an excellent, floral gin with notes of liquorice, bright juniper, soft rose and lavender, orange rind, bittersweet botanicals and a touch of peppery spice.

A great candidate for all manner of floral cocktails, particularly the Aviation.
