The high-quality cane from the nation allows Flor de Caña to create their fantastic estery rum. This five year old has had just enough time in the cask to mellow and round out some of the more sharp rummy notes, giving a fantastic balance between cask and spirit. This is an incredibly versatile rum, equally at home in cocktails, over ice or served neat. Over the years this rum has picked up no less than 12 international spirits competition medals.
