One of the older Edradours we’ve come across. This whisky has been aged in former Bourbon barrels for nearly 10 years, before a second maturation for 12 years in First Fill Oloroso sherry butts. It is a 1995 vintage.

The resulting whisky is densely flavoured with toffee, nuts, dried apricots, sultanas, dark chocolate and coconut. This is a truly delicious malt, which showcases spirit and cask to perfection, whilst demonstrating enormous maturity.

The whisky is bottled at a cask strength of 56.2% ABV, which really allows the natural flavours to resonate. Edradour 21 year old is also bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouration, showcasing the inherent qualities of the spirit.

This is a truly small batch production, limited to just 2,027 bottles. Therefore, fans of rich, sherried whisky will want to purchase now to avoid disappointment.
