This VSOP has been matured for 4 years in a mixture of Limousin and Troncais French oak casks. The spirit is produced from apples grown at the distillery’s small 42 hectare hillside orchard, which are long fermented naturally, without the addition of other ingredients.

The result is a well-balanced, light and subtle Calvados, which possesses flavours of apple pie, fresh green apples, banana, almond, hazelnut, flowers, gentle oak, and a little faint spice.
