The much-anticipated release of Bulleit”s older Bourbon is finally here! This bottling sees the old favourite’s flavours kicked up through a little longer in the oak – a full decade of aging in total. It maintains the same mash bill as the regular bottling, with a mix of 4% malted barley, 28% rye, and 68% corn. The whiskey has a perfect balance of corn sweetness, rye spice and barley creamy toffee. A little longer in new oak casks supplies a staggering new depth, with a little barrel char, strong oak vanilla and caramel sweetness. A robust bourbon with plenty of flavour. This whiskey is bottled at a warming 45.6% ABV, and is perfect for unwinding with. Highly recommended, and unlikely to stick around for a long time.
