This single malt whisky from the Benromach distillery was aged in two different cask types, firstly first-fill bourbon casks for 6 years, and then in Château Cissac wine casks for a period 20 months. This whisky is a delicious, lightly peated symbiosis of the classic Benromach flavours and tannins from the long wine finish.
