A superb single cask, single vintage Benromach from 2008.

Selected by Antwerp based company Alcobrands, for the Belgian market, this whisky has been aged in a single first fill Bourbon barrel (number 471). The whisky was bottled in 2018, giving it an age of around 10 years.

A classic Bourbon matured Speysider, this dram is packed with notes of vanilla, bright oak, cinnamon, red apples, warm malt, toffee, charred wood, oat porridge, golden syrup, nutmeg, flowers, cream, some chilli heat, pineapple and white peach.

This dram maintains an excellent balance between the tropical sweetness of the Bourbon cask and the floral malt flavours of Benromach’s spirit.

Bottled at powerful cask strength of 59.2% ABV and without chill filtration or colouration, this whisky makes for an intense drinking experience.
