Taking inspiration from the recent fashion for multiple cask maturations, the 25 year old has been matured in Oloroso, bourbon and virgin oak. Whilst the technique may seem unorthodox, the result is nothing short of a bone fide classic, offering rich flavours of sherried dry fruit, toffee, citrus rind and fresh oak.
