Another excellent rum from this American company.

Bayou take their name from the marshy inlets of Louisiana, a state that has a long tradition of rum distillation. Indeed, the company use Louisiana-sourced ingredients to create their spiced rum, which has been inspired by the state’s official dish – gumbo!

A wonderful mixing rum, pairs beautifully with lemonade, ginger ale and cola.

We’d also recommend serving this over ice straight from the fridge, for a cooling sipping rum.

Great stuff, and we love the ‘gator on the label!
