Distilled from molasses in a column still, this spirit has been aged for a full decade in Puerto Rico, where the heat and humidity vastly accelerates the aging process.

The final result is a rich, fruity rum that serves up notes of white peach, nutmeg, pear, apple, banana, caramel, vanilla, oak, some Mirabelle plums, molasses and drying spice.
