Another exceptional expression from Aberfeldy’s Exceptional Cask Series.

Aged for 18 years, this dram has been finished in what appears to be an extremely active Sherry cask, resulting in a deep hue, and wonderful flavour profile. This is a 2002 vintage, and has been aged in a single cask.

Aberfeldy is known as one of the sweeter Highland malts, and so it proves with this whisky – rich in flavours of sweet barley, dried fruits, leather, chocolate orange, cinnamon, cloves, dark oak and old, nutty sherry.

Just 516 bottles of this cask strength dram were produced.
