The 2021 edition of Writers Tears’ popular cask strength Irish whiskey.

A blend of tripled distilled single malt and single pot still Irish whiskies, this dram is complex and well-balanced. The spirit was aged in Bourbon barrels, before being bottled at 54.2% ABV.

The end result is a classic Irish whiskey, with notes of sweet caramelised malt, light grain, vanilla, toffee, wild berries, apples, pears, ginger, creamy honey, light oak and gentle peppery spice.

Another impressive dram in this series, only 6,000 bottles were produced worldwide.
