A wonderfully well-aged Bourbon from the Widow Jane company, who bottle their Kentucky sourced Bourbon with natural limestone mineral water in Rosendale, New York.

Whilst the name might seem a little morbid at first, it is actually taken from the up-state New York mine that provides the water. This whiskey has been aged for 10 years in American oak and is produced in small batches. The Bourbon is made from a mashbill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley.

This whiskey opens with notes of Maraschino cherries, cinnamon, cloves and vanilla, before some more floral, oaky flavours take hold, with a little tobacco smoke and honey.

A high quality Bourbon, bottled at 45.5% for good intensity and mouthfeel.
