A delicious vermouth created through collaboration between Federico Ricatto, Carlos Quaglia and the Jerry Thomas Speakeasy, found in Rome.

The vermouth pays homage to Jerry Thomas, the godfather of American Cocktails, who was nicknamed the professor in his time.

This vermouth is made using Muscat wine from Langhe wineries, and 13 different spices that have been macerated in neutral alcohol, sweetened with cane sugars.

The result is a refreshing, bittersweet white Vermouth with balanced herbs, earthy spice, zesty citrus and some light floral notes.

Mix this up with Il Gin del Professore Monsieur, and have a Martini in honour of Jerry Thomas!
