It wasn’t until 2014 that we saw the first official bottling from the Tormore distillery, and with this fabulous, 16 year old single malt they’ve set the bar high. It’s bottled at a sturdy 48% ABV, non-chillfiltered, and from a selection of American ex-bourbon barrels. Enough about the whisky, because it isn’t the only thing noteworthy in this gift set. The set also contains two lovely glasses with sides that taper up towards a narrow opening, which is ideal for nosing and tasting this delicious whisky.
