A lovely single malt from the Springbank distillery of Campbeltown, aged for 15 years in what we presume to be a rather high proportion of sherry casks. This whisky is dark and rich with notes of dark chocolate, Christmas spices, roasted nuts, dried fruits and vanilla, and with a good backbone of a soft oakiness.
