A wonderful sweet and zesty gin from the Sipsmith team.

This gin is inspired by the classic English dessert, lemon drizzle cake, and the citrus heavy gins of the early 20th century.

The spirit begins with Sipsmith’s flagship London Dry gin. This is then flavoured with hand-peeled lemon rinds, which have been dried in the sun, alongside vapour infused whole lemons and the lemon verbena herb.

The final product? A gin that offers notes of sweet lemon sherbets, citrus rind, bittersweet juniper, fresh herbs, a touch of spice and lemon marmalade.

Makes a fantastic Martini.
